I was led to pray to eat healthier foods, and over time I was led to eat less meat, since our bodies are not built to deal with decaying meat (it just sits in our large digestive systems releasing toxins). So I started looking into more healthy alternatives to my usual meat meals. I was then led to go vegetarian and then vegan over the course of a year. When some other meat-eaters wanted to stop eating meat, and asked for help, I wanted to show them what I did, so I made this channel on YouTube. Then I created this website to host the videos and recipes.
I want to focus on recipes to help ease the transition from dairy, and meat to more healthy alternatives. Hopefully you enjoy them.
